My credit DTI is neary 55% and i was thinking about going with credit solutions. but it sounds too good to be true. right now, everything on my credit is current, but with credit solutions, i have to missed payment, saving the money in my account. i wanted to know if it’s true about them decreasing my debt, rebuilding my credit ? could they be a scam? some one please give me some tips!!
im with a place called credit solutions of america but they dont seem to be helping in anyway,i got a thing in the mail to go to court to pay like 0 and its cuz of this company the reason why this is happening,i put all my bills into consolidation but it seems that may of been a bad idea,i have bills that total about ,000 total and am wondering how in the world i can get something that will pay these off,i dont get alot of money in my household so its hard….
I’m currently using Credit Solutions (www.creditsolutions.com) for debt settlement. Seems to be working fine. I haven’t yet collected enough money to pay off any of the 4 accounts I have in settlement. One of the accounts (with FIA Card Services/MBNA in the amount of 00) has been forwarded to a 3rd party collector (Creditors Interchange). This 3rd party collector has begun sending notices (that I have forwarded to Credit Solutions) and calling me talking about "arbitration". Can someone tell me exactly what this means? I’m assuming this is part of the settlement process, but is this something legal that could potentially put me at risk for being sued?? What are my options at this point? Is this just a scare tactic….will they really come after me legally for my measely k? I fully intend on going through with the settlement, so technically the account is being "taken care of".
ok so about 3 years ago I had a lot of credit card debt and decided to use credit solutions to try and get out of the whole so much. well they told me to deposit so much money each month into a savings account until i reached a certain amount and then they would reach a settlement with one of the cards. well after doing this for a year and still getting no where with my cards we ended our contract with them. I seen last night on night time that people were getting all the money back that they had paid them. Does anyone know if i still have a chance of getting my money back even though its been three years?
