Your computer is infected with spyware. Download and run a spyware cleaning tool to get rid of those junk from your computer. I will recommend A-Squared. The basic version is free for personal use, and you can download it from http://emsisoft.com/ . After installing it, update first and then do a Deep Scan. It will find and remove all the spyware from your computer. Also, if you are using IE 6, then it’s time to upgrade to a better and safer browser. You can use Firefox / Opera / IE 7. But make sure that IE stays your default browser, no matter what other browser you use.

You have some spyware on your computer. Run a good spyware/adware remover. You also may want to restrict the cookies placed on your computer. After running your adware/spyware, clean all temporary internet files and all cookies. Then go to internet options, privacy, advanced settings and block all third party cookies.

You have some adware running behind your pop-up defenses (which work only on incoming web pages). I suggest you download Ad-Aware SE, install it, update it and run it.
In addition, you might download Spybot S & D and run it also. It complements Ad-Aware, catching certain types of malware Ad-Aware doesn’t.
If they don’t fix the problem, try running them in Safe Mode:
1.Log out and reboot your machine.
2.When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key
3.Select Safe Mode from the resulting menu.
4.The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different. You won’t be able to see the Internet, for instance. You may have to log in as Administrator to delete the bad files.
5.When you’re finished, log out and reboot back into normal mode.
Run both regularly.
And in contradiction to what someone else said, if you install Mozilla, do NOT leave Internet Explorer as your default browser or you might find yourself right back where you are. Don’t uninstall it — Microsoft Updates requires it — but don’t make it easy for rogue programs to get to it.

Like the previous guys stated you most likely have adware/spyware. Likely from a program you downloaded off the internet. AdAware se is a free program that removes the spyware but it may affect whatever program you downloaded. Try using that it’s simplistic to use and works great.
