First thing – Contact the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. It is free and all you have to accept is their advice.
Once you find a solution to get this under control, start visiting money forums which will help you learn to live within your means.
maybe you need bankruptcy!!!only way to really go. good luck

How did they screw you over? Most debt consolidators lower your total monthly payment to something manageable. You already have the solution to your problem if you are with a debt consolidator. No one is just going to give you money if you are already $25,000 in the hole.
Debt consolidation looks just as bad as a bankruptcy on your credit file and rarely gets results. Creditors do NOT have to comply with Debt Consolidation programs – they have no choice but to comply with a bankruptcy. You may want to consult with a bankruptcy attorney and see what your options are.
You arent’ good with debts, borrowing money or paying on time. Thsi doesn’t make you a bad person, merely someone who cannot handle debt, budgeting or personal finances.
As you’ve learned, these credit solution firms are simply a sham. They simply do what everyone could do on their own: they work with their creditors.
You need to contact all of your creditors, find out what it will take to get you in good graces. You need to stop (Immediatelly) borrowing money, as you’ll NEVER borrow your way out of this mess.
You need a WRITTEN budget which shows every dime coming in, and every dime going out. You need a second or even a third job. You need to sell everything, liveo n less than you make and get focused. Otherwise, you are doomed.
Hi,
You should go for a debt consolidation and try to learn to live life without debts. You can get the loan you require even if there is a history of bad credit. Check out http://financeguru.consumerspot.info for some useful info and funding sources. Good luck!
if you "want to get something that will pay these off," you need to get another job, a better job, or a second job, and pay it down, or declare bankruptcy
There’s no easy fix to this problem and I’m not trying to sound preachy. The (slow) solution is to change your behavior towards money. Check out books by Dave Ramsey–he’s a respected personal finance guru who dug himself out of debt and bankruptcy, so he can speak from experience.
But as far as something to do about this today: Call your creditors and be frank and speak with them about setting up a payment plan (or just to tell them that you can’t afford to make your current payments). They want their money and they get nothing if you declare bankruptcy.
BTW, bill collectors will use intimidation tactics which is illegal. So if they pull that on you stand up for yourself and tell them that you’ll report them.
